INGREDIENTS
- 1 (11 ounce) box mini Saltines
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 (1 ounce) packet Ranch dressing mix
- 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 250F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place Saltines in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt butter over low heat in a saucepan.
- Add Ranch dressing, crushed red pepper flakes, onion powder, and garlic powder to the melted butter; stir to combined.
- Pour butter mixture over Saltines and toss gently to make sure all the crackers are coated.
- Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving and storing.
