INGREDIENTS
SERVES 1
- 3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Jam Pure Red Raspberry
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 medium banana
- 1/2 tsp grapeseed oil
- 1/3 cup Pineapple, Fresh
- 1 tbsp Premium Quality Sliced Almonds
- 1/3 cup Fresh Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Morsels, Semi-Sweet
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat a grill pan or grill.
- Whisk together the yogurt, fruit spread, and vanilla extract until well combined. Set aside.
- Brush or rub the cut side of the banana halves with the oil. Grill the banana halves, cut side down, over direct medium heat until caramelized, about 6 to 7 minutes. Then grill the peel side of the banana halves until heated through, about 1 minute. Gently remove the peels.
- Place grilled banana halves in a pasta bowl and top with the raspberry-vanilla yogurt mixture, pineapple, almonds, strawberries, and chocolate chips.
