Apple Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 frozen, peeled and chopped Banana

1/2 cup orange juice

1 peeled, cored and chopped Gala Apple

1/4 cup milk

Method: Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth, pour into tall glasses.
